1. About Freedom Learning

Freedom Learning provides online career-strengths discovery, personalised career guidance, learning resources and CV tools through freedomlearning.net. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Educational and career guidance

Freedom Learning provides informational and educational guidance designed to help users reflect on strengths, career options and presentation of their experience. Outputs are not guarantees of employment, income, admission, promotion or any other outcome. You remain responsible for career, employment and application decisions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information where an account or form requires it and must not misuse the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

4. AI-generated content

Some Freedom Learning outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. We aim to provide useful, relevant results, but AI-generated material can contain errors or omissions. You should review important information before relying on it, particularly where professional, financial, legal, medical or employment decisions are involved.

5. Third-party platform connections

Freedom Learning may connect to third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube using their official developer tools. A connected account owner authorises the permissions required for the requested integration. When social publishing is enabled, Freedom Learning may publish approved Freedom Learning content to the connected account in accordance with the settings configured by the authorised account owner.

Third-party services remain governed by their own terms, policies and platform rules. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration.

6. Intellectual property

Freedom Learning's brand, site design, software, original learning materials and other proprietary content remain owned by Freedom Learning or its licensors. You may use your own personalised outputs for personal career and employment purposes, but you may not copy, resell or commercially exploit Freedom Learning's underlying service or proprietary materials without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to keep Freedom Learning available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Learning is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on career guidance, AI-generated content or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
