Jack’s Bio.

Jack spent much of his early career in the UK FMCG sector, where he successfully built his track record operating in a number of training, senior sales and man-management roles for the Cadbury Schweppes Group.

In 1994, Jack joined Camelot (Operators of the UK National Lottery) where he had responsibility for recruiting and launching one of the largest lottery sales force operations in the world. After a successful launch, Jack was appointed to General Manager for Camelot International where he became responsible for the strategy and sales development of Camelot’s international diversification effort. In this role Jack successfully negotiated major international Lottery projects with foreign Governments and joint ventures with a range of international business partners.

After leaving Camelot, Jack continued to broaden his international business activity in the lottery industry in his capacity as Commercial Director for a Management Consultancy he Co- founded. In this role he was responsible for identifying, negotiating and implementing two key Lottery projects in India and Africa where he took up the in- country responsibility for the complete sales and distribution strategy and development for each project.

In 2003 Jack has successfully introduced himself into the telecoms industry. Initially he was appointed as the Sales Director for i-mate Europe where he successfully grew the business from start up. He then moved to Dubai in 2005 where he was appointed to the position of General Manager i-mate, responsible for the running of the company’s largest business division. In this role he worked extensively across the MEA region developing relationships with distributors and network operators across the Middle East, Africa and India.

In 2007, Jack Co-founded Gameplan, a pioneering training company Head Quartered in Dubai, which is dedicated to developing tailormade training courses that specifically target Sales, Service and Leadership skills development. Over the past 18 years, Gameplan has achieved significant milestones in pioneering the delivery of world class training through blended learning delivered to over 15,000 people through over 3000 man days of training to over 200 clients based in the GCC.

Training has always been at the heart of Jack’s success and his passion for inspiring and motivating those he works with characterises his style of delivery. Jack utilises every opportunity to engage, energise and empower those he meets and loves to share his extensive internationally nurtured commercial experience in a fun and energetic way.

In the past year, Jack has dedicated his energy into building this portal in order to help people who would not normally have access to key business and life skills training that is offered in the Corporate Business to Business Arena. This is a pay it forward campaign to provide a level platform for people anywhere to enhance their business and life skills for free.

Jack is an Internationally Accredited PRISM Brain mapping Practitioner and a Certified High Performance Learning Practitioner from the Brinkerhoff Institute of Learning.
